About Mental Health?

At TiER1, we want to help people do their best work and be their best selves. Often we talk about people in the workplace as employees, colleagues, or talent as it relates to their performance. Yet, we want to acknowledge the impact that personal struggles such as mental health can have on an individual’s performance.

Given that one in five adults are impacted by mental illness, we believe starting the conversation about mental health can benefit everyone. TiER1 CEO Greg Harmeyer explains why TiER1 wants leaders everyone to start the conversation in their organizations.
