TiER1 Wins Gold in 
Brandon Hall Excellence Awards

TiER1 Performance Solutions is honored to receive two Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards in partnership with our client Carolinas HealthCare System (CHS). Together, we won Gold for the Best Inclusion and Diversity Strategy and Silver for Best Certification Program.

We won two Brandon Hall Excellence Awards: Gold Badge for Excellence in Workforce Management and Silver Badge for Excellence in Learning

In collaboration with CHS, TiER1 designed and developed the CHS Diversity Certificate Program, a six-week blended learning program that includes a mix of instructor-led classes, scheduled experiential activities, and self-guided activities. The program is open to all employees at CHS who want to explore behaviors, leadership competencies, and strategies for becoming diversity champions.

The initial launch of the program was well-received by the cohort members and CHS leaders. Participants enthusiastically embraced the program and shared their experiences with their teammates, generating increased interest in participation. Successive classes have been underway throughout 2017, helping to infuse cultural competence and greater levels of accountability throughout CHS.
