Her Professional Experience

Barb began her career in HR over 20 years ago. Around 2004, she gravitated toward the fields of strategic change and workforce performance, so she went back to school and earned a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She also earned Prosci Change Management certifications. Her most recent roles were fully dedicated to engagement, culture, executive coaching, leadership development, and change management.

Barb sees her potential fully realized around stakeholder management. She loves connecting with folks, understanding what makes them tick, and finding ways to make their lives easier. Barb believes facilitating improvement in work performance gives people energy, and she feels grateful to be doing work that improves the lives of others.
