Jenny is energized when collaborating with others to achieve desired outcomes. She has fun helping to create and implement best practices. She loves recruiting and the challenge of finding outstanding talent at all phases of the journey. Jenny also takes great pride in helping new employees feel welcome!
Her Professional Experience
Jenny enjoyed working in advertising, sales, and marketing early on in her career. In more recent years, she worked as an independent contractor for a small start-up where she provided project support; managed talent acquisition; and collaborated with her team on sales, marketing and business development efforts.
Where She Makes a Difference
One of Jenny’s greatest passions is Fernside Center for Grieving Children, a place where kids can feel safe and meet other kids experiencing similar feelings after losing a loved one. The support kids feel by being involved with Fernside is invaluable.
Where the Heart Is
Jenny loves being home with her husband Ed, their three sons (Henry, George, and Luke), and their Labor-doodle, Lila. There’s nothing better than getting carryout Indian food and watching a movie together.
Jenny lived in a holler, slept in a barn, bathed (occasionally) in a pond, and survived without running water the summer after her junior year of college. She and 11 other University of Dayton students lived in Salyersville, Kentucky, as part of a community service program that worked with young kids, teens, and the elderly. Today, she enjoys taking her own family to visit the families of Salyersville.
