His Professional Experience
After finishing undergrad, Josiah got his start as an entrepreneur by co-founding a social enterprise to deliver scalable training solutions for international volunteers. While working towards a master’s degree in leadership and organizational performance, Josiah especially enjoyed helping a healthcare tech company redesign their employee branding strategy. He also worked with a firm to research and design a supplier data management solution enabled by blockchain capabilities in an effort eliminate workflow redundancies.
