What He’s Passionate About

Not intimidated by ambiguity, Josiah enjoys working with multiple stakeholders to build holistic strategies leveraging people as an organization’s greatest asset. For Josiah, work becomes meaningful at the intersection of an individual’s skills and an organization’s needs. He sees his job as an opportunity to make work a place where employees are confident, competent, and motivated by an understanding of the value they create in the world.

His Professional Experience

After finishing undergrad, Josiah got his start as an entrepreneur by co-founding a social enterprise to deliver scalable training solutions for international volunteers. While working towards a master’s degree in leadership and organizational performance, Josiah especially enjoyed helping a healthcare tech company redesign their employee branding strategy. He also worked with a firm to research and design a supplier data management solution enabled by blockchain capabilities in an effort eliminate workflow redundancies.
