What He’s Passionate About

Helping target audiences learn in personalized ways and retain information longer.

Why Clients Love Him

Lee has worked in the education and training field since 2002. Using best practices, research, market testing, and feedback, Lee creates educational programs, curricula, lesson plans, and supporting assets. These can be as simple as one-off videos focused on explicit tasks, or as involved as longitudinal systemic training. To ensure success, Lee measures instruction using the Kirkpatrick Model to recommend and implement adjustments as needed to improve results. This continuous improvement cycle delivers the return on investment that clients seek.

An Unlikely Path

Lee’s work is informed by a diverse set of life experiences, including living abroad as the son of an U.S. Naval Officer, working in construction, and backpacking through Mexico. He has lived in five countries total, and he attended 13 schools before graduating high school.

His Values in Action

Lee believes that technology can amplify change. This belief led him to create an online course for adults to teach technology and literacy skills at the same time. The success of the course came from empowering participants with the tools they needed to be successful. Over a six-week period, course participants averaged an improvement of six grade levels to their reading score, as well as using their new technology skills to apply for jobs and post-secondary education. Lee also examined the archaic technology infrastructure for the learning center, creating and implementing a plan with a cost savings at 94% less than traditional estimates. The technology implementation was a novel solution for its time and allowed for devices to be deployed to classrooms dependent on student size, as well as allowing for wireless presenting and cloud networking.
