His Professional Experience

Marc has been in the performance and compensation space for 22 years. After developing an interest in the art, science, and measurement of motivation at the College of Charleston, he entered a career that was heavily engaged in technical compensation practices, research, and analytics. Now, as Founder and CEO of Payformance Partners, Marc creates compensation, performance and talent programs that allow employees to reach further towards self-awareness and being their best selves. Over the last six years, he has been a leader and consultant for several global businesses and smaller organizations across the U.S.

His Advising Approach

Marc’s advising practice is rooted in honesty, authenticity, and pragmatic solutions. He offers support to executive teams on compensation, performance management, employee career path strategy, and more.

Marc firmly believes that every human being has an enormous amount of potential within them. He focuses on building long-lasting relationships with a limited number of clients, allowing him to provide highly individualized solutions. Most of all, Marc is committed to co-creating environments that lead to employees reaching their full potential, which in turn supports better business performance overall.

He’s Not All Business

Marc isn’t afraid to take risks – he once climbed the Sydney Harbour Bridge, the world’s tallest arch bridge at 500 feet above sea level! Outside of work, he absolutely loves his wife, his kids, and music.
