Where He Shines
Mark has spent the last 20 years in the learning and change management space, both from a consultant and business development perspective. His experience ranges from sales training solutions to large enterprise-wide IT implementations (specifically CRM). Prior to joining TiER1, Mark worked for a large company managing and leading the sales training function. This experience gave him valuable insights into what challenges HR and learning organizations face on a regular basis. Mark joined TiER1 in 2005 with a focus on business development, supporting both current and prospective clients. Today, he leads market development for the Cincinnati market, while still supporting a number of long time clients. Mark is a firm believer that solid, authentic relationships, are critical to excellent consulting and crafting creative solutions.
One of Mark’s best attributes is developing truly authentic relationships (both internally and with clients). He also loves spending time with family. He and his wife Jeni, who he met at University of Dayton have three kids: Nate, Jake, and Hannah…plus Max, their golden doodle.
