Leadership development and the effect of strong leadership on employee performance and organizational culture.
His Professional Experience
Matthew graduated with a B.S. in industrial and labor relations and a minor in applied economics and management. While completing a summer internship in retail management, Matthew was able to see firsthand management’s role in affecting employee performance, as well as the value of organization-wide electronic integration.
An Unlikely Path
Matthew played four years of football at Cornell. (His position was tight end.)
How He Gives Back
In college, Matthew partnered with a local, underperforming middle school to offer informal mentorship at lunch and recess time.
All-time favorite movie is The Godfather. The writing and acting are so good that you feel like you’ve entered another world.
