Meg lives by the principles of focusing on strengths, seeking first to understand, and assuming positive intent. Her work at TiER1 has been focused on organizational effectiveness, organizational development, project management, talent optimization, communication, and employee experience. Prior to joining TiER1, she worked in the areas of marketing, new business development (including the launching of an international consulting business), strategic planning, new product development, marketing research, and talent management for Fortune 500 companies, and as an independent consultant.
How She Makes a Difference
Leading TiER1’s Mental Health Initiative has been one of Meg’s most rewarding experiences.
Nothing makes Meg happier than spending time with her family. (Although, we’re a close second, we’re sure!) She is married to her UD sweetheart, Gil. We hear he was impressed that he found a girl who could drink more beer than him. Together they have four children – Mary, Mitch, David, and Tommy.
“Vulnerability is not knowing victory or defeat, it’s understanding the necessity of both; it’s engaging. It’s being all in.” – Brene Brown
