Rachel’s experience is a blend of strategic consulting and client-side leadership. Working with and within Fortune 1000 organizations, Rachel leads initiatives in business transformation, talent strategy articulation and activation, culture and employee experience alignment, and everything in between.
Rachel loves reading! Some of her favorite books are The Alchemist by Paolo Coehlo and pretty much anything by Brené Brown.
Rachel is an amateur baker, an avid Pittsburgh sports fan, and an advocate for women. She serves on multiple advisory boards and committees in Pittsburgh including NACD NXT Women on Boards, American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women, United Way’s Women’s Leadership Council, and Pittsburgh Women’s Alliance.
