Combining technology and visual design to deliver innovative and engaging experiences to end-users. She loves when she is being creative and helping solve a problem.
Stephanie has worked more than eight years in the web development field. She’s technically an “art kid” who graduated from DAAP and uses her illustration skills to build customized front-end experiences. She is also able to combine her art and tech backgrounds to help ease the transition from paper-prototypes to web. Stephanie originally started in server-side web development and has moved into the UI/UX space more recently. In addition to building web applications, she manages one of our software developer teams and helps guide clients through creating technical solutions.
What She’s Committed to
Stephanie is fully committed to building strength both internally and externally. Her father always told her, “never stop learning,” and she hasn’t. She enjoys learning new technologies, but also trying new activities and being active. After work, she pushes herself physically with a new class or by running a new trail in the evenings. She says she would open her own Pilates or Pure Barre studio if she didn’t work in technology. She loves being active and helping others be active as well. When she retires, she just might do that!
She is married to her wonderful husband Eric who keeps her balanced. Her favorite book will always be The Lord of the Rings. Stephanie claims she has an alter ego named “Kiki” that only comes out at the Scurry and the company meeting each year. Sometimes she makes special holiday party appearances as well. Kiki loves to tell stories, dance, and make inappropriate jokes.
