Almost every job of Stephen’s 20+ year career has called him to serve as a project manager: breaking down big-picture ideas into manageable pieces, tracking those details, and using them to accomplish the end goal. Stephen takes pride in handling projects well so that his clients can relax. He has managed training and education programs and projects with an emphasis on leadership and competency-based outcomes. Currently Stephen leads multiple agile project management initiatives with a Fortune 10 client.
How He Makes a Difference
Stephen’s family volunteers as puppy raisers, training service dogs for the visually impaired as part of Guide Dogs for the Blind. Stephen also devotes free time to mentoring individuals from all backgrounds in their personal and professional development as leaders.
