What He’s Passionate About

Taking complicated topics and simplifying them into easy-to-learn, interactive courses that are both instructive and engaging to the learner.

Professional Experience

After graduating with an English and theatre arts degree from Northern Kentucky University, Steve began his professional career at TiER1. As time progressed, his knowledge and skill set quickly grew. He attributes the growth of his expertise to being mentored by wonderful colleagues and nurtured by a culture that is second to none.

An Unlikely Path

Before joining TiER1, Steve was a Patient Transporter at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. When transporting kids to and from testing areas, he was known to sing “Let it Go” in order to keep a smile on their faces.

His Favorite Quote

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine as children do. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in all of us. And as we let our own lights shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”
