Carol Henriques, founder and managing partner of HighBar Consulting, is joining the TiER1 team.

We’re thrilled to announce that TiER1 Performance and HighBar Consulting have joined forces. Carol Henriques, founder and managing partner of HighBar, is joining the TiER1 team.
Carol brings 25+ years of experience helping clients address challenging business and organizational issues. She built her organizational effectiveness expertise first at Pfizer and Ameritech before transitioning to the consulting world. She’s since developed practices with Qwest, Arthur Andersen, Deloitte, and Capital H Group before starting HighBar Consulting in 2009.
The range of organization effectiveness expertise that Carol brings to clients includes:

  • organization assessment, development, design, and transformation
  • organization transformation through the entire cycle of change
  • leadership development
  • alignment of people processes and systems with strategic objectives

The reason Carol’s clients love her is because she partners with them as they navigate challenging situations and achieve their goals (which sounds a lot like strategy activation to us at TiER1!). We knew when we met Carol more than five years ago that she was aligned with our focus on building long-term, trusted client relationships and our passion for serving purpose-driven organizations.
