As TiER1 Performance continues to grow, we’re adding new expertise to our team. Audrey Dunning and Kurt Wolf have joined as Senior Advisors to TiER1, allowing them to utilize their unique backgrounds to offer fresh perspectives on our business, strategy, and growth.
Audrey Dunning is a technology software and consulting services business executive with a passion for working with companies to achieve sustainable growth, deliver customer-focused products and services, and build corporate cultures that thrive. Previously Audrey served as CEO of Summa, a digital strategy and agile software development firm that worked with clients in financial services, healthcare, retail, and manufacturing industries.
During Audrey’s ten years as CEO, Summa consistently achieved double-digit annual growth, and for seven consecutive years was named to the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies in America. Summa grew both organically and through several acquisitions, creating new market opportunities in user-experience design and cloud computing. As a Senior Advisor, Audrey provides mentorship to team members, perspective on growth strategies and operational models, and insight into expanding our reach in the Pittsburgh region.

Kurt Wolf has also joined TiER1 in a senior advisory role. Kurt is an experienced president and founder with a demonstrated history of successfully creating and growing vibrant organizations, firms, and communities. He was a co-founder of the Denver-based consulting firm Envision, which became a leader in change management solutions throughout that region. Kurt is skilled in many of the areas that are crucial to TiER1’s core business, including change, strategy, organizational development, team building, and facilitation.
“Kurt brings valuable insight on organizational change and growth at TiER1, as well as expertise on a range of capabilities that are critical to TiER1’s core service offerings,” shares Greg. “He is an exciting addition to our advising team.”
Kurt and Audrey join Kate Fenner, founder of Compass Clinical Consulting (now TiER1 Healthcare), who is also a TiER1 Senior Advisor. We look forward to leveraging Audrey and Kurt’s expertise as we continue to reach new heights as an organization.
