TiER1 Celebrates 15 Years
TiER1 Performance Solutions is officially celebrating 15 years of custom-crafting and delivering engaging, people-centered business solutions that improve organizations through the performance of people to build a better world.
Over the last 15 years, we’ve made the Inc. 5000 list 11 times in a row, helped global companies move the needle on big projects, hired amazingly talented people, developed great relationships with our clients, seen technology change the way people learn, impacted our community in numerous ways, and grown in ways we never dreamed possible (including becoming an employee-owned company).
From Greg Harmeyer, our CEO: “We are so grateful to our clients, our partners, the communities we work in, and certainly our own associates, present and past, for being a part of this journey we call TiER1. Everyone who has touched TiER1 has made a lasting impression. And yet, we’re even more excited for the growth ahead and impact we’ll make in the years to come. If history is any indication, our future looks pretty bright.”
Taking a trip down memory lane.

15 years has really flown by. This was back when American Idol premiered, Elon Musk founded SpaceX, and Harry Potter was becoming a household name. To commemorate our crystal anniversary, all TiER1 employees are coming together to celebrate on Thursday, September 14, at Great American Ball Park in Cincinnati.
Serving our communities.
TiER1 has always maintained a strong commitment to serving the community. Building on this commitment, TiER1 is honoring the milestone by launching a campaign to raise $20,000 in disaster relief aid for the American Red Cross. The company will match the first $10,000 in donations. Make your donations here.
“We are so fortunate in so many ways—like having awesome people and an amazing culture to work in for a company that strives to build a better world—that we can really do some good if we pull together,” says Christy Carr, a Senior Solutions Consultant at TiER1 who helped launch the campaign. “In light of Hurricanes Harvey and Irma, we want to help those whose lives have been forever changed.”
