TiER1 Reaches 200 Employees
On May 1, 2017, TiER1 welcomed four new employees, bringing our official count to 200. To celebrate reaching this milestone, we’re putting the spotlight on our newest employees and sharing a bit about who they are, where they come from, and what they’ll do at TiER1.
In the Washington, D.C. market.
Doug Stroock, formerly CEO at Ideaism, LLC, is joining the Change Management team in D.C. Doug founded Ideaism with the purpose of helping leaders and their organizations align their strategy and culture to achieve lasting results. We’re excited to have such a skilled leader join TiER1. Doug isn’t all business; he runs U.S. Air Guitar as a side hobby and is a former professional jazz pianist.
In the Cincinnati market.
Noelle Bertram is joining TiER1 as a Finance Manager after working with Cincinnati Bell as a tax manager. Noelle has a mild obsession with University of Kentucky basketball and Keeneland, and she adores Miley, her American bulldog.
Chris Edwards, formerly Assistant Vice President of eLearning at University of Cincinnati, is joining TiER1 as a Technology Strategist. Chris loves helping others be successful, and often he’s accomplished that through technology. He loves outdoor activities, including running obstacle courses and cultivating a pretty sweet back yard (where he puts his horticulture degree to good use).
In the Chicago market.
Jenny Guenther, self-proclaimed “embattled Reds fan living in Cubs Town, USA,” is joining TiER1 as an Account Manager for the Chicago market. Prior to joining TiER1, Jenny spent four years as a small business consultant for residential construction companies. Jenny and her husband love to travel, cook, drink bourbon, and explore Chicago (although not necessary in that exact order).
