Shaun is passionate about helping solve complex challenges around organizational, cultural, and technological transformation.
What He Brings to the Table
Shaun helps organizations transform to create better employee and customer experiences. For more than a decade, he's been leading strategic business and digital transformation planning, design, execution, change management, and success measurement, often through technology implementations. He's led award-winning projects for some of the world's most recognized brands across numerous verticals. That experience, coupled with a Ph.D. in Communication from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, gives Shaun a broad yet knowledgeable perspective on transformation initiatives. Also, through his Ph.D., Shaun's research areas were around digital collaboration, communication, and usability. He's researched, published, taught, and consulted in these areas for almost 20 years.
He's Not All Business
When he's not leading a workshop or in a meeting, Shaun can usually be found walking his dog or playing with his 3 cats.
Basic Needs
Shaun can't function without something to take notes with -- he's always jotting down an idea, sketching a concept, or mapping relationships among people or ideas.
Fun Fact
Shaun started playing drums in the fourth grade. From orchestra, to jazz, to marching, and rock, he's played and listens to a little bit of everything!
