At TiER1, we’re out to build a better world. So it only makes sense that our service doesn’t stop with our clients. It’s at the core of who we are—and as a Certified B Corporation, it’s a huge priority for our future. Of course, when we dig in to make a difference, you can count on it being an all-out effort and a whole lot of fun. (If you’ve ever hula–danced with us at the Cincinnati Scurry, you know what we mean.) High performance is a value we take seriously, and we don’t do anything half–way.
A service mindset
From holiday drives to service projects around the world, TiER1ers are giving their time, talents, and treasure to make a difference… and doing it in a creative way. Extending our reach to build a better world is made even easier with TiER1’s Service Time Off program. Service Time Off allows employees to take paid time off to participate in service efforts anywhere in the world.
We especially love when our efforts bring together our clients, families, and friends. It’s how we connect, build relationships, and change lives—one person at a time.
Service Spotlight: Mental Health
In 2015, TiER1 Performance began our Start the Conversation initiative, aimed at helping people recognize how common mental illness is and how it affects all of us. Start the Conversation encourages people to have the courage to talk about mental illness, as it is so prevalent in all of our lives.
Our annual Cincinnati Scurry is a fun, team–based event that raises funds for organizations working to promote awareness, end stigma, and provide resources around mental health.
