PROJECT highlights
Defense Security Cooperation University (DSCU) Definitive Contract
TiER1 has partnered with DSCA/DSCU to create many learning experiences. From onboarding to advanced security cooperation strategy, we’ve had the privilege of working with some of DSCU’s brightest to redefine how individuals learn and perform in the Security Cooperation Workforce. Across these projects, we leveraged capabilities such as project management, visual and graphic design, communication design and content development, learning strategy and solution architecture, and learning technology and system integration.
Advance – AFWerx SBIR
Through this Air Force Funded SBIR project, TiER1 created the features needed to support cadet leadership development through a mentoring platform with embedded learning activities, guides, and coaching tools. TiER1 developed and integrated a new technology platform within the USAFA network and culture for leadership development.
US Air Force Academy Advance Program Overview
Effective Combat Casualty Care Handoff Operations (ECCCHO) – DHA – STTR
Up to 80% of serious medical errors are due to failures in handoff communication. Multiple handoffs of critically injured casualties is common in military trauma care. ECCCHO is an evidence-based protocol and training program designed to improve patient survivability by improving communication during patient handoffs. ECCCHO is based on team performance research, adult learning theory, and best practices in the operational environment. It has been evaluated with multiple Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) courses involving service members from the Army, Navy, Marines, and Air Force with positive results.
SynChat – BAA
This tool kit will simplify and accelerate the work of training system developers in integrating advanced language capabilities into training systems. With the SynChat natural language tool kit, the U.S. Air Force has the capability to develop and integrate natural language capabilities into training systems in a more affordable way.
