Gayle Beebe

Director of Leadership Development at Salesforce

Gayle Beebe has been in the Learning & Development community for more than 20 years. Her journey to corporate learning was not a traditional one, having received her undergraduate degree in Music Education, and then spending 12 years as a middle/high school band director. While completing her Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Gayle relocated with her family to the Indianapolis area, which provided the opportunity to move into corporate learning. In her current role, Gayle focuses on leadership development at all levels in the Technology & Products organization of Salesforce, including executive leadership workshops, women’s leadership, and new manager development.

Tom Muehlbauer

Director IT Management at Optum

Tom Muehlbauer has worn many hats during his IT career. After spending over 10 years at Thomson Reuters as a network engineer he moved to Cisco Systems, where he tested the software for the Cisco core router and directed all software development and testing for the Minnesota-based team. He transitioned into IT program and project management at Express Scripts. Now, at Optum, he’s done program management, management in the PMO, and IT training at Optum Tech University. He has been PMP certified since 2005.

Sharon Boller

Managing Director and Solution Architect

Sharon Boller came to TiER1 Performance via Bottom-Line Performance, a learning solutions company she founded in 1995. She and Kirk Boller, her husband and business partner, grew the company into a $4M+ business before BLP was acquired by TiER1 in 2019. Sharon started BLP because she had a huge passion for learning and a desire to design solutions that help companies maximize people and profits, and she has brought those talents with her to TiER1! She’s built significant expertise in the arenas of learning game design, design thinking for solving performance challenges, leadership development, and strategy development.

Andy Erickson

Senior Solutions Consultant

Andy Erickson brings over two decades of software development and systems engineering experience to his work. He’s able to talk tech, support training and development needs, and facilitate conferences and work groups of any size. He loves to bring out the best performance in people, showcasing the value they bring to their work and unlocking that value for their organization. Andy is also a regular volunteer for the Cincinnati chapter of HOPE worldwide, an international volunteer organization bringing resources, supplies, and relief to disaster areas around the world.

Jim Ruberg

Jim Ruberg is a Managing Director at TiER1 with a passion for organizational evolution. He has held multiple senior leadership positions in business performance improvement consulting, talent management, and talent development.
