Ani has 25 years of experience in the Learning & Development space, having served multiple industries in various capacities (airline, banking, medical, higher education), with the last 14 years spent shaping the world’s most complex pilot training program at Delta Air Lines. She is skilled in project management, process and standards development, curriculum and instructional design, multimedia e‐learning development, and training delivery. She is confident in evaluating training performance and effectiveness, and has a passion for quality, continuous improvement, and great communication.

Ani has lived and worked in three different countries: Hungary, the UK, and the U.S. She loves to travel and learn about cultures and people. She can speak five languages—some better than others—and even learned rhyming Cockney (blimey, fancy that!).
