What She’s Passionate About
Making sense out of the complex and helping people come to their own conclusions. Elise loves using stories and examples to explain concepts in a clear and concise manner that engages. She has a talent for deciphering the “need to know” versus the “nice to know” to allow people to acclimate and build capabilities effectively. Elise is passionate about people and giving them what they need to be the best they can be.
Her Professional Experience
Elise has a wealth of experience in the learning arena that crosses over different industries both inside and outside corporate learning departments. She has created numerous strategic learning programs for client-facing audiences, and she has a knack for truly understanding an audience’s needs and delivering on them. Her greatest strengths are her attention to detail and her ability to simplify complex material so that learners can understand and apply it to the issues that they face.
Where Her Potential Is Fully Realized
Health and fitness. Elise is a health nut who loves vegetables and exercising. She played sports growing up, which helped develop her athletic passion early on. She ran the Santa Monica stairs 10 times on three separate occasions. In high school, Elise worked at Häagen-Dazs. One night, she accidentally left the cake freezer open, and all the cakes melted. Honest mistake, or ulterior (health-conscious) motives? You decide!
Her Values in Action
People matter to Elise, and transparency is one of her key values. Being able to hold conversations and hash things out is vital for Elise. She processes out loud, and she loves doing this with her peers.
