Jennifer has held HR executive and consulting roles to provide guidance to organizational leaders who are seeking to advance their talent processes, technology, and people practices to activate strategy through people. She creates actionable insights and solutions for leaders to realize that the true value to the business of a workforce is inspired, connected, productive, innovative and committed to the future of the business. Jennifer provides expert guidance and best practice solutions to clients for talent strategies, talent acquisition, onboarding, career mobility, performance/productivity optimization, employee engagement, retention, and talent analytics. She earned her Ph.D. in business administration, organizational behavior, and HR management from the University of Florida.
Community Partnership
Jennifer has served as a Board member for seven years for Hubbard House, a nonprofit organization that provides shelter and services to victims of domestic violence in Jacksonville, Florida. She is also passionate about organizations that empower women to succeed in life.
Family Matters
Jennifer is a mother to her three young adults, two sons and a daughter. Jennifer also has a cat, but she is really a dog person.

Jennifer started out majoring in Dance/Theater before she switched to Psychology.
Jennifer loves anything to do outdoors including walking on the beach, swimming, biking, and kayaking.
