What He’s Passionate About

Helping people do their best work: whether that’s in school, not-for-profit, government, or corporate.

His Experience

For over 20 years, Jerry has crafted and led results-driven performance solutions in the spheres of talent development, organization effectiveness, knowledge/learning systems, and strategic change for more than 100 clients across industry sectors that range from broad efforts in Fortune 500 Companies to targeted missions in not-for-profit settings. He is also part of the leadership team at TiER1.

Where He Makes a Difference

Jerry spent a year volunteering in New York City at a home for boys, helped start a non profit program called tech-reach in Cincinnati, and helps individuals battling addiction. And now, he says the best thing ever is being a dad to his beautiful amazing talented daughter Lilly.

All Time Favorite

Jerry’s favorite book is Man’s Search for Meaning. His favorite quote from the book is “Everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of the human freedoms – to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one’s own way.”
