Jonelle’s expertise spans organization development and change, positive psychology and coaching, and data and metrics analysis. She has worked with clients to transform their workplace cultures, bring rigor to metrics and data, and develop and activate their strategic plans. Jonelle graduated with honors from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, is an accredited Associate Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation and holds certifications as an Applied Positive Psychology Coach and Practitioner by The Flourishing Center.
Community Partnership
Jonelle has been a volunteer and member of The Dinner Party, a global organization serving 20- and 30-somethings who've experienced the loss of a loved one, helping make support for grief and loss more accessible, inclusive, and community-oriented.
