Jordan was originally a pastor of a faith community. He says he learned a lot about leading people by demonstrating care and connecting with their values and aspirations.
Professional Experience
Jordan has extensive experience leading teams and partnering with clients in diverse industries to improve performance. He has partnered with Fortune 500 companies, healthcare organizations, and global manufacturing organizations to deliver solutions such as change management strategies, change leadership development programs, frameworks for internal change practices, and strategic communications. Prior to joining TiER1, Jordan spent 9 years leading strategic change and communication efforts for nonprofit organizations in education, social service, and international development. He has bachelor’s and master’s degrees in theology and a graduate certificate in learning and organizational change from Northwestern University.

Jordan believes if you are intentional and curious, you’ll have few regrets. He also thinks everything has to do with evolutionary biology.
Fun Fact
Jordan lives in the Seattle area and adores the weather. He loves to fly fish, ride his bike, watch soccer, and spend time with his wife, Kate, and two wonderful children, Eliana and Owen. He can’t live without a long walk, coffee, and a well organized garage.
