His Experience
As a Senior Consultant, Matt is responsible for the core development for much of TiER1’s courseware. He has assumed the role of Development Lead on numerous projects and supports a variety of other functions throughout the company, such as Co-Lead of our Learning Community of Practice, and Co-Chair our Service Board (GiVE). He has 16 years of experience working with a range of clients. Some of his favorites include FedEx, Optum/United Healthcare Group, Harley Davidson, Cintas, Schneider Electric, PPG, OneAmerica, Scotts Miracle-Gro, Aspen Dental, Takeda, SC Johnson, Delta, Westinghouse, Cox, Kraft Heinz, and Eli Lilly.
