What She's Passionate About

Steph is a Microsoft 365 expert specializing in implementing and curating employee experiences and team workspaces. As a Senior Solutions Consultant, she has worked with dozens of organizations to maximize their investment in Microsoft 365 tools and services, utilizing principles of User Experience Design and Agile software development.
Steph is passionate about empowering business users to take ownership of their digital experience, and she leads a team of experts in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, and other Microsoft 365 applications.

Professional Experience

Entering the workforce with a BFA in Electronic Media from DAAP, Steph discovered her love for web development. After a few years learning the ropes as a Junior Web Developer, she found her way to TiER1. Starting as an individual contributor, Steph grew into a trusted client partner and thought leader for the organization, leading the first Agile Scrum team of M365 and UX experts. She is responsible for our Microsoft 365 go-to-market strategy and is considered the Platform SME. She owes a great deal of success to the incredible tech talent at TiER1, and she is honored to lead them.

She’s Not All Business

Steph is an illustrator and gamer. Mother of twins Leo & Avery, she spends lots of time 100%ing Mario and Pokémon games. When the family isn't gaming, you can find her hiking or biking with her husband, or spending time with close girlfriends. In quiet moments, you'll find her practicing digital illustrating, crafting on her Cricut, or painting. All while listening to hours of podcasts like Comedy Bang Bang and the Doughboys.
