Our Internship Opportunities
Are you interested in exploring consulting? At TiER1 Performance we offer paid internships in the spring, summer, and fall semesters. We seek high-performing students who lead with curiosity and enjoy a challenge. We strive to create a diverse, inclusive, and highly collaborative culture where interns can work with their mentor one-on-one to set their goals and grow! Why a TiER1 internship?
We believe the best way to learn is to work alongside and shadow experienced practitioners—then dig into the work yourself. To hear from prior interns about their experience, check out this brief video.
Here’s How It Works
Who can apply?
TiER1 internships are for incoming seniors and graduate students who (1) are legally authorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely
(do not require sponsorship now or any time in the future); (2) can dedicate 36-40 hours per week for the internship; and (3) can work in our Cincinnati or Pittsburgh office at least 50% of the time (hybrid).
What's the timeline?
Applications are typically open mid-September, October, January, and May.
If applications are not open, it’s because the upcoming internships are filled.
How do I apply?
Navigate down to the internship roles. Select the “Apply Now” button to read the role descriptions; then apply to the one role that best aligns with your skills and interest.
Have your resume and work sample(s) ready to submit.

What happens next?
After you apply, our process includes an application review and potentially one to three interviews. The recruiter will keep you informed of next steps.
