OUR internship OPPORTUNITIES

At TiER1 we seek to engage and retain high-performing consultants of varied backgrounds, creating a diverse, inclusive, and highly collaborative culture. We find internships to be a great opportunity to step into a consulting role and try it on for size. Our paid internships are 10+ weeks long and offered in the spring, summer, and fall. We look for high-performing students whose goals and education align with the work we do.

WHY A TiER1 internship?

If you’ve read much of our website, you know that TiER1 Performance is all about people and performance. During your internship, you’ll be connected to a cohort of interns and have a sponsor (TiER1 mentor) to help guide you each week. We’ll support you as you shadow, experiment, and flex your new consulting muscles, and we encourage you to schedule “coffee chats” with as many TiER1ers as you can. If you have specific goals, let us know!

HERE’S HOW IT works
