Our Student Scholarships

We seek to attract high-performing consultants of varied backgrounds, creating a diverse, inclusive, and highly collaborative culture. To create more space in consulting for students who experience socioeconomic challenges, we award up to four $2,500 student scholarships each year. While TiER1 internships are open to everyone, our scholarships are intended for students who accept an internship with TiER1 Performance and face financial hardship. If this sounds like you, please keep reading.

Here’s How It Works

Who can apply?

Our scholarships are intended for full-time students who (1) are applying for an internship with TiER1 Performance; (2) can work in the U.S. indefinitely; and (3) face serious financial hardship.

How do I apply?

The last portion of the internship application addresses the scholarship. You will be asked to confirm your eligibility and explain how the scholarship will be used and how it will help you.

What is the timeline?

We typically open applications and interview candidates in two cycles: February through May and September through December. If applications are not open, it’s because there are no available internships.

How can I use the scholarship award?

If you accept a TiER1 internship and scholarship, you can apply the $2,500 toward tuition payments and/or housing and transportation costs during your TiER1 internship.

What's next?

If you are chosen to receive a scholarship, this will be confirmed in your internship offer letter. Please note that the scholarship is in addition to payment for your internship.
