Lead the Conversation
This half-day interactive experience equips leaders with the skills and confidence to navigate mental health discussions in the workplace, while also achieving essential business outcomes. Combining insights from mental health professionals and real-world experiences, this program offers practical strategies and tools. Participants will learn to identify key moments, build conversation skills, and understand boundaries. Upon completion, they’ll have the opportunity to receive a certification, affirming their organization’s commitment to create a supportive and healthy work environment.
This program is ideal for up to groups of 20 people leaders. Lead the Conversation is recognized by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) for four (4) professional development credits for SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP.
