What Will L&D Look Like in 2020?

Learning & Development is a huge factor in improving the performance of people – so important, in fact, that understanding the current L&D landscape is a critical component of building the best strategy activation solutions we can for our clients.
Our annual Learning Trends Report (formerly conducted by Bottom-Line Performance) is one way we stay informed; it helps us “take the pulse” of the industry at large. Perhaps more importantly, it tells us what learning trends and opportunities our client organizations are focused on for the coming year. If you are a leader responsible for talent development, you can take the 2020 Learning Trends Survey below.

What We Want to Know

We want to get a clear picture of both present realities and future possibilities. Some high-level ideas we’re interested in are:

  • What learning trends are you excited about?
  • Which training methods and technologies are you actually planning to use in 2020?
  • Do you get input from your learners as a part of your training design and development process?

These survey results will provide a snapshot of what learning trends are really happening 2020.
