People

We believe that great organizations are comprised of people who are supported, recognized, and equipped to do their best work. That’s why we’re committed to enhancing the well-being of our team and the people we serve. In 2025, this took many forms—from acquisition investments that expand the services we provide clients to an in-person All-Company Meeting that fueled connectivity among our people, wherever they’re based.

Our culture fuels performance by investing in the well-being and growth of our people.

All-Company Meeting

Our biannual All-Company Meeting (ACM) brings together TiER1ers from across the country to connect, learn, and celebrate with each other. In September, we hosted the 2025 ACM just a few blocks from TiER1’s headquarters at a music venue in Newport, Kentucky. Embracing the theme of TiER1 Through the Eras, we celebrated TiER1’s 23-year history while sharing our excitement for TiER1’s newest era, Transformation by Design, which reflects how we’ve expanded our services to support large organizations pursuing measurable outcomes through complex, enterprise-wide change.

Our team’s creative talents took center stage as we unveiled TiER1’s refreshed brand internally and reflected on how it reinforces our focus on driving results through organizational transformation that aligns strategy, structure, and culture. Teams then practiced applying their diverse consulting skills to create innovative solutions to hypothetical transformation challenges. Of course, we also “played hard” by scream-singing karaoke on the main stage, dancing during a silent disco, winning branded swag from a claw machine, and donning made-to-order T-shirts that were printed on site.

Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Update

Our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) benefits every employee through annual contributions to a qualified retirement trust. Therefore, as shareholders in the company, employees benefit from TiER1’s growth and are financially invested in adding value and positively impacting every engagement and partnership.

Ownership isn’t just a benefit—it’s a responsibility. It requires high trust and hard work to realize this ideal experience. Every year, we celebrate our new shareholders’ commitment to TiER1 with a special ceremony.

Since the ESOP was established in 2015, the share price has had a compound annual growth rate of 32%.
