XPLANE Conference
More than 200 leaders in learning, HR, change, and transformation joined us for XPLANE 2025 to explore practical insights and strategies for technology-driven transformation, evolving learning and development, and designing thriving workplace cultures. Hosted at Great American Ball Part in Cincinnati, Ohio, the two-day event showcased keynotes, immersive workshops, and hands-on sessions delivered by leaders who are driving transformation at Google, DICK’S Sporting Goods, Gilead Sciences, and other enterprise organizations. Attendees indulged in some fun, too, taking swings in a Major League Baseball batting cage and enjoying a special visit from some therapy animals.
Inclusive Transformation Awards
During the 2025 XPLANE Conference, we celebrated two individuals who drive meaningful change within their organizations and industries by removing barriers, fostering inclusion, and creating transformative opportunities for people to feel respected, valued, and safe. To recognize their impact, TiER1 bestowed a 2025 Inclusive Transformation Award to Denisha Porter, Executive Director at All-In Cincinnati Equity Coalition, and David Conkerite II, Senior HR Consultant at Community Belonging Consulting, LLC.
